Having completed the bulk of the training, there is a need to manage the future training requirements. As the project evolves, so should a maintained structured learning culture. This will have the effect of continuing the commitment to the project life cycle.

To be cost-effective, LearningByteSize will propose a combination of learning approaches consisting of booklets, live or prerecorded web-based training sessions, or CBT on CDs.

Newcomers will need to be trained on the software and business processes. These sessions can be combined using different learning methods.

Refresher sessions for existing users are useful as they recognize the different learning capabilities of adults. Trying to absorb new information all in one go may be difficult. Allowing time for users to practice is a positive contribution to their learning. These sessions can be either classroom or web-based.

Updates on software or business processes are natural occurrences of any project. To ensure the users receive the latest information, a variety of learning communication tools can be used as opposed to always using instructor-led training.
