Instructor-led training is the most commonly used training offering, bringing peoples together within a classroom setting.

The class includes a hands-on approach with 70% of the time spent using the software. The rest of the time is dedicated to explaining the purposes and benefits of using and applying the business application. Documentation will be distributed to all attendees.

The emphasis of the course is on the software's benefits for the user, in addition to the software's functionality. It is our goal for the audience to complete their training knowing how the software will help them perform their day-to-day job activities and any new business requirements.

The number of 8 persons per training session is the ideal and preferred recommendation. LearningByteSize recognizes and acknowledges that companies would prefer more persons per session. If the numbers exceed these recommendations, training facilitators are recommended. These can be people from your organization who have already been trained and are capable to assist - managers are ideal persons and add motivational factor to the training. Otherwise, LearningByteSize could provide trainers to act as facilitators who have previous exposure in training the software.

In addition, LearningByteSize can create an attendee certification program to ensure users leave training with the required skills if the company so desires.

A course evaluation will be distributed to each trainee to obtain immediate feedback on the training program. LearningByteSize will compile a summary report and present this to the customer at the conclusion of the training project.
