The objective of this process is to determine the training
content, as well as the most effective method of training
delivery:
Needs Assessment:To gather business policies,
processes, and company information to be incorporated
in the training. To identify the technical knowledge
of the audience. To gather information about the software
to be used. To understand the information to be communicated
to the users.
Design:To create the training plan, storyboards,
and structure of the overall training program based
on information learned during the Needs Assessment phase.
Development: To create all field communications,
pre-work materials, course materials including electronic
media, and the agenda for training.
LearningByteSize
will arrange a Train-the-Trainer class to train the
persons who will be expected to deliver the training
for a major rollout.
Delivery: To execute the training plan via CBT,
Instructor Led Training, Learning Management System,
and follow-up training.
Continuous Learning: To provide further programs
of learning using different methodologies.
These sessions will cover :
- training for newcomers;
- users who require review sessions;
- updates based on software enhancements;
- changes to business processes.
